              （1）高新技术产业优惠政策
(1) The preferential policies for high-tech industries
A、经国家级指定机构认定的高新技术企业，除享受国务院和北京市关于鼓励支持高新技术企业发展的政策外，同时享受中关村科技园区昌平园的相关优惠政策。
A. High-tech enterprises designated by the state-level recognized agency, in addition to enjoying the policy of supporting high-tech enterprises by the State Council and Beijing, can also enjoy the relevant preferential policies of Zhong Guancun Science Park Changping Park.
B、享受全国试点小城镇建设的各项优惠政策和宏福创业园的各项优惠政策。

C、协助企业办理项目的各种手续，从项目的审批到开业投产提供全过程优质服务。（除办理手续直接收取费用外，其它均提供无偿服务）

（2）税收奖励政策

凡在北七家镇属地注册、属地生产、属地纳税且按比例安置本镇人员就业的企业，纳税额在50万元（含）以上，北七家镇政府将给予企业负责人2000元的奖励；纳税额在100万元（含）以上的企业，给予企业负责人5000元的奖励，在此基础上，纳税额每增加50万元，奖励1000元。纳税额在1000万元（含）以上的企业，一次性奖励企业负责人5万元。
Enterprises conducting registration, production and tax paying and employing local workers in Beiqijia Town territory, Beiqijia Town Government will give a reward of 2,000 Yuan to enterprise with a tax payment of 500,000 Yuan (including); Beiqijia Town Government will give a reward of 5,000 Yuan to enterprise with a tax payment of 1,000,000 Yuan (including); on this basis, the government will give a reword of 1,000 Yuan for every increase of 500,000 Yuan. The government will give a reward of 50,000 Yuan at a time to enterprise with a tax payment more than 1 million (including) Yuan.
（3）户籍政策
(3) Household registration policy
对属地生产属地纳税且纳税额在80万元以上的企业解决其一人进京户口指标，税收每增加80万元增加1人进京户口指标。
One Beijing household is offered to enterprise with production and tax payment in Beiqijia Town territory and the tax payment is more than 800,000 Yuan; one Beijing household is offered for every increase of 800,000 Yuan tax payment.
（4）对招商引资中介人的奖励
(4) Incentives for investment intermediaries
对投资额1000万元以上的项目，且在北七家镇域范围内注册、建设，经投资方和收益方共同确认到位资金（指用于购买或租赁土地、厂房设施、固定资产所投入的资金，不含流动资金）额度，经镇财政所、经济发展科验资，给予中介人到位资金5‰的奖励，属于跨国公司、国内知名企业（取得著名或驰名商标的企业）类项目，奖励标准可以再提高两个千分点。项目资金分期到位且时间较长，需分期进行奖励兑现，可与中介人签定分期给付协议书，以确保按约定兑现。
The intermediary is rewarded with 5 ‰ of the paid-in capital if the project investment amount is more than 10 million Yuan, conducting registration and production in Beiqijia Town territory, paid-in capital confirmed by investors and beneficiary side (capital invested in purchasing or lease of land, plant facilities, fund invested in fixed assets, excluding working capital), after verification of the town financial bureau, economic development bureau; the intermediary can be rewarded with 7‰ if the project belongs to multinational companies and domestic well-known enterprises (business obtained famous or well-known trademark). If the project fund is paid in phases, the reward will be paid in phase, a phase payment contract can be signed with the intermediary to ensure that the reward is paid as agreed.
（5）集团内部优惠政策
(5) Preferential policies in the Group
A、优先为入园企业的职工解决住宿、餐饮问题。
A. Give priority in providing accommodation and dining halls to workers of the resident enterprises.
B、优先解决入园企业的职工子弟的教育问题。
B. Give priority to children education of workers of the resident enterprises.
C、入园企业在集团的娱乐休闲产业的消费予以优惠。
C. Provide preferential benefit to resident enterprises when they enjoy the recreation and leisure services in the Group.
